Leasing Consultant

We have an immediate opening for a full‑time Leasing Consultant. Your work schedule will vary; Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 6:00pm and you’ll share a weekend rotational schedule with other employees. Our starting base pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills. Opportunity for substantial commission payments on new leases and lease renewals. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for marketing, sales, customer service and resident retention strategies to achieve desired occupancy and revenue as it relates to the designated property. The Leasing Consultant is crucial to establishing rapport and lasting impression of the community and therefore must provide a positive and professional customer service experience. Essential Duties Create and maintain lasting customer service relationships with current and potential residents Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to drive property traffic, conversion ratios and retention goals Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and sell the value of community features as they relate to the customer needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
