Part-Time Floor Technician / Janitor – Night Shift
Pay: $17.50 /hour | Schedule: Tue, Thu, Fri, 9:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. (may change to 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.)Floor care is the primary duty; janitorial tasks are only when needed. Occasionally, you may be asked to cover shifts on off days if another team member is absent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors
- Deep clean carpets and upholstery
- Inspect floors for hazards
- Restock supplies and maintain equipment
- Janitorial tasks as needed, which may include:
- Cleaning restrooms
- Washing windows
- Mopping floors
- Cleaning showers
- Any other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial or industrial janitorial cleaning required
- Knowledge of floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)
- Able to work independently with attention to detail
- Physically able to bend, crouch, reach, walk, lift, and push
- Good communication skills
