Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.14 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies. Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, manage guest registration, and direct visitors in accordance with established protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while handling sensitive information with discretion. Support a professional lobby environment by observing activity at the reception area and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
