You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule Sat – 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sun – 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor access control points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports. Support emergency response activities, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
