As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and tenants at a financial institution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site policies.
- Assist with security-related communications and provide a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
