Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a vital part of our evening care team, you will ensure our residents end their day feeling safe, respected, and comfortable.

• Holistic Care: Assist residents with evening daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Mobility Support: Help residents transfer, position, and ambulate safely to prevent injury and promote comfort.

• Health Tracking: Take and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

• EHR Documentation: Log care details and condition changes accurately in our electronic health records.

• Team Communication: Partner with nurses and physicians to report changes in resident health immediately.

• Companionship: Enhance quality of life through evening meal assistance and genuine, compassionate conversation.

• Safety Protocols: Maintain strict infection control standards to keep yourself and our residents safe.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current, active CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma.

• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but a passionate heart is required.

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift, move residents, and handle the physical demands of direct patient care.
