Patient Care Assistant (CNA Preferred – All Shifts Available

Perfect Fit Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers with a clinical background to support clients in their homes. If you're a CNA looking for more flexibility, consistent clients, and a supportive team, this is a great fit.

We are currently hiring for days, evenings, overnights, and weekends .

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience) Higher rates considered for strong experience and availability

Your Role

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on care experience who is comfortable providing a higher level of support:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Mobility support, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitoring client condition and reporting changes
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and emotional support

What We're Looking For

• CNA certification preferred
• Experience in caregiving, home care, or facility care
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and professional
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Strong communication skills
