Soni is partnering with a growing agency seeking a hands-on creative leader to help shape brand messaging, creative strategy, and campaign execution across a diverse client portfolio. This is a player-coach role ideal for someone who enjoys both leading and creating. You’ll help guide creative direction while remaining actively involved in concept development, copywriting, brand voice, and content creation. Responsibilities Lead creative strategy, messaging, and brand voice initiatives Develop concepts and campaigns across digital, social, web, and content channels Partner with designers, digital teams, and client stakeholders Present creative ideas and strategic recommendations Mentor and guide junior creative talent Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows Ideal Background 7-12 years of agency experience Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Experience leading creative projects and teams Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment Background in creative strategy, content, copy, or brand development This is an excellent opportunity for a copy-led creative professional looking to step into a broader leadership role while remaining close to the work.
