Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Queens, NY, for a Final Signing Paralegal. The paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and managing communication related to Estate Planning, Elder Law, and related legal practices. The role involves finalizing documents for execution, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and organize legal documents for estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid planning matters. Ensure all final documents are complete, accurate, and properly executed before signing. Conduct basic legal research and maintain precise records of all case files and documentation. Coordinate and conduct final signing and funding appointments with clients. Support attorneys through effective communication, case management, and document preparation. Qualifications: Paralegal experience in estate planning, elder law, or a related legal field preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working directly with clients.
