Applications Engineer - Innovations TeamBrinkman ProductsBrinkman Products is looking for an Applications Engineer to join our Innovations Team. This role is open to entry-level and mid-level engineers who are excited to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment and help deliver complete, turnkey manufacturing solutions for our customers.Whether you're early in your career and eager to learn, or you already have experience and are ready to take on more ownership, this role offers the opportunity to work on real projects that move from concept to production.What You'll DoAs part of the Innovations Team, you'll help turn ideas into working manufacturing solutions:Support the development, testing, and implementation of turnkey manufacturing solutionsWork hands-on with manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and processesAssist with application development from concept through validation and production handoffCollaborate with customers to understand application needs and performance requirementsWork closely with internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales teamsTroubleshoot and improve processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliabilitySupport new product introductions, customer trials, and demonstrationsTravel to customer facilities as needed to support training, implementation, and startup of manufacturing solutionsHelp document processes, test results, and best practicesResponsibilities and level of ownership will be aligned with experience, with room to grow.What We're Looking ForEntry-level: Strong interest in manufacturing, process development, and hands-on engineeringMid-level: 3-7 years of experience in manufacturing, applications engineering, process engineering, or similar rolesMechanical aptitude and comfort working in a shop or manufacturing environmentProficiency with SolidWorks is desired (experience creating or modifying models, fixtures, or tooling)Lathe/Machining Experience is desiredCuriosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learnAbility to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with customers and teammatesWhy This Role Appeals to Today's EngineersHands-on work: This is not a desk-only engineering roleReal impact: You'll work on solutions that go into production and directly support customersGrowth path: Entry-level engineers receive mentorship and training; mid-level engineers gain increased ownershipRespect for balance: We value sustainable workloads and clear expectationsVariety: Exposure to different applications, equipment, and customer challengesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysSalary Range: $70,000 to $125,000/yr.If you enjoy solving real manufacturing problems, working hands-on with equipment, and seeing your ideas become working solutions, we encourage you to apply-even if you don't meet every qualification.
