Property Maintenance & Make-Ready Manager

Ginkgores is seeking a Service Manager for their Charlotte, NC office. The successful candidate will supervise all maintenance processes, manage the service team, and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. Responsibilities also include overseeing subcontractors and conducting regular property inspections. A minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance or construction and managing direct reports is required. Additionally, rotational on-call availability and a valid driver's license are necessary.
