Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the office calendar, enforce calendar use including
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Monitor emails & physical mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle phone systems/ Client communication
-File Intake/Development/Access Database entry
- Provide team management and support to ensure a positive work environment
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Manage accounting for all enterprises/ coordinate with CPA
-Report Reviews/ proofreading
- Close files: access, invoice, make final PDF, deliver to client
