We're hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives who are ready to learn, grow, and earn. You don't need prior sales experience—we'll provide the training, tools, coaching, and support you need to succeed.

You'll start by connecting with homeowners in local neighborhoods, educating them about common basement and foundation concerns, and helping them schedule a FREE, no-obligation basement inspection with one of our professional consultants.

If you perform, you'll have the opportunity to advance quickly, increase your earning potential, and build a long-term career in sales.

What We Offer

• $18–$25/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission opportunities
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Full benefits after 90 days
• Company-provided transportation during the workday

• Opportunity to transition into a full-time sales position after 30–60 days

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between EverDry and homeowners in our local communities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Representing the EverDry Waterproofing brand in local neighborhoods
• Starting conversations and building positive relationships with homeowners
• Educating homeowners about basement moisture, water intrusion, and foundation concerns
• Identifying homeowners who may benefit from our services
• Scheduling FREE, no-obligation basement inspections
• Generating qualified leads for our professional sales consultants
• Working toward individual and team performance goals
• Developing valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills

You won't be expected to know everything on day one.

Our training program is designed to teach you the skills you need to become successful.
