Earn $38 to $42 per hour, Monday through Friday on days, as a Quality Assurance Specialist in aerospace. If you have hands-on quality inspection and internal audit experience in manufacturing, this direct hire role puts those skills to work where precision really matters.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll make sure every part meets the standard before it leaves the building and help the team find smarter ways to work.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will:

• Inspect parts before they ship or return to service
• Lead internal audits to confirm work meets company and AS9100D standards
• Track quality issues and follow corrective actions through to completion
• Keep quality records, programs, and equipment checks up to date
• Support safety programs, training, and process improvements

Your schedule Monday through Friday

7:30am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed

Pay: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour

To succeed as a Quality Assurance Specialist you need:

• 3 or more years of quality inspection experience in Aerospace
• Internal audit experience and working knowledge of AS9100D
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Hands-on experience with gauges and precision inspection tools, such as calipers and micrometers
• Working skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
