Schedule
Mon-Fri 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Assignment Details
Contract Length: 16 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 weekly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in PACU
- Current AHA ACLS & BLS certifications
- NIHSS certification
- Cerner experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns
- Administer medications and manage pain control as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients' families
- Assist in discharge planning and patient education
Compliance / Notes
MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
