This brand-new build starts from Proof of Concept (POC) to full production , focused on creating a modern data warehouse and eliminating manual processes. Location: Salem, NH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week) Type: W2 Only (Strictly No C2C / No 3rd Parties) Local Candidates ONLY: Must be within driving distance (1 hour max) – NO exceptions Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows Collaborate with analysts & stakeholders to translate data requirements Architect and optimize data models and structures Work with tools like Snowflake , Databricks , or Microsoft Fabric Ensure data quality , availability, and pipeline reliability Must-Have Skills (Do not apply without these): 8+ years of professional Data Engineering experience Expertise in SQL , ETL , Data Modeling , and Data Warehousing Proven track record of building data warehouses from POC to production Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric Familiarity with Python, Java, or Scala Prior work in enterprise environments or finance domain This is a W2 ONLY role – NO C2C or third-party submissions LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – Must be within 1-hour drive to Salem, NH Do not apply if you are not local or cannot commute 3 days/week 8+ years of relevant experience required – Entry or mid-level profiles will not be considered If you're passionate about building modern data systems from the ground up and meet all requirements , we'd love to connect!
