Job Title: Senior Operations Specialist

– Strategic Initiatives (Six Sigma Black Belt)

About The Role: As a Senior Operations Specialist – Strategic Initiatives, you will lead critical efforts within the Services Operations team to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans that deliver significant impact for both clients and employees. Your extensive expertise will guide the management of documentation, requirements, and schedules for high-stakes initiatives. You will develop internal project plans, implement real-time tracking systems, and leverage your Six Sigma Black Belt certification to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively coordinate resources across teams, create comprehensive action plans, and engage in meaningful collaboration with cross-functional departments. You will facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to map business processes, gather feedback on challenges and requirements, and conduct impact assessments for organizational change.
Other Responsibilities Include:

• Leading stakeholder feedback initiatives, utilizing interviews and surveys to capture pain points, objectives, and requirements across various business functions.
• Conducting change resistance assessments and devising strategies to mitigate challenges in implementing process improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements for system enhancements, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Monitoring and analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements and improved user satisfaction.
• Staying informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, applying insights to maximize the internal ticketing system's functionality.
• Ensuring project timelines are adhered to by closely monitoring initiative progress and proactively addressing any deviations.
• Offering comprehensive support to the Services Operations team in planning and optimizing operational processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date operational documentation, ensuring timely updates.
• Preparing and presenting detailed reports on operational efficiency and project outcomes as needed.
• Streamlining processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Performing additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability within the Services Operations team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations or a related role, with a strong focus on process improvement and change management.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with a proven track record in applying methodologies to drive operational excellence and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience in help desk support or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing user inquiries and maintaining the functionality of internal ticketing systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration , including customization, configuration, and workflow automation, with a proven ability to enhance system efficiency.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and executing internal project plans for strategic initiatives, particularly related to Salesforce implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional soft skills with a diplomatic customer service approach.
• Strong leadership qualities, integrity, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills, particularly in resource-constrained settings.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills, with a focus on critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to acquire new skills and tackle complex challenges.
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as SmartSheet , Microsoft Project, or NetSuite.
