Salary: $77,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:
- Medicaid and healthcare experience
- 12 or more years of overall IT experience
- 10 or more years of experience with analytics, including analytic applications, databases, and data access or programming tools such as SAS, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Cognos
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with analysts, physicians, and business staff at all organizational levels and explain complex business problems and technical solutions
- Bachelors degree in computer information systems, computer science, business, or a related field
- Develop and enhance Cognos frameworks, and create Cognos reports, dashboards, and scorecards using tools such as Query Studio, Analysis Studio, and Framework Manager
- Discuss solutions with technical and business stakeholders
- Create ad hoc reports for internal Business Intelligence teams and external customers
- Work with the Data Warehouse Architect on source system analysis, key data issue identification, data profiling, and the development of normalized and star-schema or snowflake physical schemas
- Communicate information needs with management at all levels
- Collaborate with national and regional IT teams on data repository architecture and design, including developing tables and Cognos frameworks
- Create or contribute to an information library or similar forum to support information sharing among analysts and users inside and outside the department
- Develop and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and scorecards throughout the development lifecycle
