Groundskeeper (Porter)

Rate: $16.50 - $17.65 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 270-unit luxury apartment community in Houston's vibrant Museum District neighborhood! Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus. 

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas

• Picking up trash and debris

• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies

• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.

Work Hours: M-W, Sat: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Th: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; Sat: 7:30 am - 10:30 am
