Groundskeepers / PortersTarantino Properties is currently seeking Groundskeepers / Porters to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our apartment communities in the Houston, Texas area.Essential Functions:Keep the property clean and free of trash and debrisPick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spacesClean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areasMaintain dumpster and trash areasAssist the maintenance team with light tasks when neededReport any maintenance or safety concerns to managementHelp keep the community neat and welcoming for residentsRequirements:Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbsOur Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
