• Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities
• Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Weekends! Flexible scheduling options with WFH opportunities.

• We have in-home opportunities through-out Arizona. Additional Center opportunities available.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
• Strong Communication & Coaching Skills – Able to inspire, guide, and support your colleagues effectively.

• Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
