El Camino Health | Full-Time | Day Shift El Camino Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology to join our team and support high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong oncology experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative clinical environment. What You’ll Do Provide oncology-focused clinical pharmacy services Support chemotherapy coordination (infusion & inpatient) Partner with physicians and care teams on medication management Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and quality initiatives Participate in Drug Usage Evaluations (MUE/DUE) and P&T reviews What We’re Looking For Pharm.D. from an accredited program PGY1 residency required 2+ years oncology experience or PGY2 in Oncology Experience with MUE or pharmacy QA data Active California Pharmacist license Compensation $81.23 – $121.84/hour Join a team known for compassion, innovation, and high-quality care.
