Pittsburgh ared company seeking an entry level in-house CAD Drafter to create and deliver product technical drawings and assembly instructions for our outdoor structures.
Duties to include:
- Produce 2D CAD specification drawings for outdoor structure products
- Develop clear, accurate technical drawings and assembly instruction documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure drawings meet production and customer requirements
- Collaborate with external structural engineers to produce stamped drawings
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD or equivalent application
- Construction knowledge strongly preferred
- Background in architecture is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple projects simultaneously
