Program Support Assistant - Hospitalists

Description

Schedule : Monday-Friday Day shift, with occasional weekend rotation coverage

Provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to Hospitalist directors, managers, and clinical leadership between at PSPH and PCH. Serves as a key resource to ensure daily operational continuity, provider support, compliance tracking, and timely communication.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 2 years Healthcare administrative or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Experience working the various billing work queues.
• Epic EMR experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
