Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that promote work-life balance. You will be interfacing with clients virtually and may occasionally need to attend in-person meetings or community outreach events. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges thoroughly.

• Develop individualized service plans that include measurable goals, intervention strategies, and progress tracking to ensure client success.

• Provide one-on-one and family therapy using evidence-based treatment methodologies, focusing on helping clients navigate personal trials and triumphs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized service plans, ensuring they have access to both internal and external community resources relevant to their unique needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning, to protect clients in vulnerable situations.

• Actively partner with community agencies and organizations to coordinate holistic services for our clients, advocating fiercely for their needs within the broader community context.

• Engage in outreach activities to educate the community about our services and to generate awareness around mental health issues.

• Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and professional development sessions to enhance collaboration and continue to refine skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families impacted by a variety of social adversities, either directly related to mental health issues or interrelated challenges such as substance dependence, domestic strife, or financial distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
