Join a collaborative anesthesia team providing comprehensive perioperative care across a wide range of surgical specialties. This travel assignment offers valuable experience in a high-volume academic setting while supporting complex procedures and multidisciplinary patient care. Job Responsibilities Provide anesthesia coverage for a variety of surgical procedures in a medically directed practice model. Manage cases including General Anesthesia, Neuro & Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology, ENT, GYN, and Urology. Support operating room and non-operating room anesthesia locations including CT, MRI, Bronchoscopy, Neuro-Angio, and Interventional Radiology. Collaborate with CRNAs and surgical teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Provide coverage across hospital operating areas based on scheduling needs. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist. Minimum 3 years of experience required. Active South Carolina medical license or license in process. Proficiency with Epic EMR required. Prior travel experience preferred. Working Hours Assignment Start: September 21, 2026 Minimum 3-month assignment with potential extension. Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 7:30 PM 8:00 AM – 9:30 PM 13-hour shifts guaranteed. Includes some weekend shifts. No call responsibilities.
