Benefits Account Manager — Client Renewal & Service Lead

USI Insurance Services is seeking a probationary employee benefits account manager to handle a book of small accounts and act as the main day-to-day client contact. You will service high volumes independently, use carrier portals, and deliver proactive, personalized client support while liaising with carriers on behalf of clients. You will provide technical benefits guidance on ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s and Health Care Reform, respond to requests, manage renewals, and coordinate new product #J-18808-Ljbffr USI Insurance Services
