Community Concierge, Manager on Duty

The Indian Boundary YMCA is hiring a full-time Community Concierge, Manager on Duty! The Community Concierge, Manager on Duty will support the concierge team at the local Community Hub and provide best‑in‑class levels of customer service and experiences. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA. Scope Of Responsibilities Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:00pm Serve as Manager on Duty and provide operational leadership, including front‑desk operations, attendance, and administration Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged Monitor Community Hub for safety and service interventions and serve as first responder for emergency situations Answer phones and email inquiries Actively manage customer transactions and resolve opportunities and address concerns Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times and record maintenance issues for resolution Anticipate individuals' needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed Requirements At least 18 years of age Earned high school diploma or GED Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed Top‑notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Must work weekends Willingness and ability to complete all mandatory YMCA training and certifications, along with ongoing or additional training as assigned by the supervisor, within established timeframe.
