The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires, coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming hiring experience.

Pay/Schedule/Location

Pay: $25 to $28/hr
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Columbus Metro Area

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-employment process.
• Administer all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and required documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on background check and drug test results.
• Process new hire information through the HCM system.
• Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation.
• Enroll new hires in required trainings and certification programs.
• Coordinate transportation for candidates and new hires when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and support compliance.
• Provide administrative support for recruiting and HR related activities.
• Source, screen, and refer qualified candidates for assigned positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with HCM/ATS preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws preferred.

• What You'll Need

One to two years of relevant experience in recruiting, human resources, onboarding, administration, or a related field required. Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred.
