Surge Staffing Surge Staffing is hiring a Recruiter to join our team in Columbus! If you love connecting people to opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next move. As a Recruiter, you'll own the full hiring cycle for our internal field staffing offices — from sourcing and screening to extending offers — helping great candidates find great jobs. What You'll Do Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of staffing locations Post open roles across job boards and other channels Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present qualified candidates Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay current on hiring trends and market conditions Pitch in on other projects as needed What We're Looking For Some experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or a people-focused role — recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person! Comfortable on the phone and with virtual meeting platforms Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills A positive, professional attitude and the ability to stay cool under deadline pressure Interest in learning employment law and compliance basics (we'll help you get there) Why Surge?
