Warehouse Office AssistantWe are hiring a Warehouse Office Assistant in Fargo, ND! This part-time opportunity offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with some flexibility possible, and pay starting at $20–$22 per hour depending on experience.In this role, the Warehouse Office Assistant will help support daily warehouse operations by assisting with scheduling, receiving, shipping, and inventory processes to keep everything organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails from traders, carriers, and CSR/logistics teams, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, processing incoming BOLs, verifying lot numbers and case counts, generating pallet labels, and posting inventory movements.This position will also support outbound shipping functions by creating pick tickets, preparing labels and shipping documents, and assisting carriers as they arrive onsite.
