What You'll Earn Starting hourly pay of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience Medical coverage with 70% employer contribution + Dental & Vision 401(k) with company match Paid Holidays & Vacation Tool support program Paid training and licensing assistance What You'll Do Assist experienced plumbers on residential service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions to customers Help with larger projects including sewer line repairs, repiping, drain cleaning, and fixture installations Use professional tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service Maintain clean job sites and strong communication with the team What You Need Strong desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 75 lbs Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record Good communication skillsWillingness to obtain your Tradesman Plumber license Preferred (Not Required) Previous construction, mechanical, or service experience Any plumbing or trade school background This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a stable, high-earning career in plumbing with a company that supports your development every step of the way.
