What You Will Do: Leading by example and creating a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability. Conducting pre‑shift checklist, setting targets and communicating expectations. Coaching and developing crew members to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed at all times. Monitoring speed of service, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while balancing operational excellence. Delegating responsibilities and positioning the team for success. Recognizing great performance and providing real‑time coaching when needed. Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer‑ready restaurant. Assisting with opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and daily operational procedures. Responding to customer concerns professionally and creating positive guest experiences. What We’re Looking For: Previous McDonald’s leadership is preferred. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Leads with a positive mindset. Supports a safe and respectful workplace every shift. Dependable with excellent attendance. Punctual. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Takes pride in personal appearance and always presents a professional, polished image. Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
