At Nothing Bundt Cakes, Shift Leaders keep the atmosphere upbeat, ensuring the bakery runs smoothly when the manager is unavailable. Benefits Free uniforms Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free food & snacks Responsibilities Opening and closing the bakery Supervising & helping team members as needed Crafting cakes Handling cash & deposits Providing excellent customer service and handling guest concerns Training and coaching team members Monitoring productivity and keeping the team on schedule Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are being followed Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages Assisting with covering shifts when needed Following company policies and helping enforce them Communicating important updates between management and staff Stepping in to support daily operations Business Hours Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Sunday: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: 3556 Highway 114, Suite 406, Fort Worth, TX 76177 Reports to: Olivia Vogt, Lead Operator Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). All inquiries about employment should be directed to the franchise owner/operator and not to Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate.
