Job description:
1. AtomicLayerDeposition(ALD)tool(equivalent)EquipmentInstallation&Maintenance:
Installandsetupequipmentatcustomersites.
Performroutinepreventivemaintenancetoensureequipmentoperatesefficiently.
Conductsystemupgradesandmodificationsasneeded.
2. Troubleshooting&Repair:
Leadcomplextroubleshootingandcorrectivemaintenance.
Analyzesandimprovessystemperformanceusingadvanceddiagnostictechniques.
Performrootcauseanalysisandimplementcorrectiveactions.
Escalatecomplextechnicalproblemstoengineeringteamswhennecessary.
3. CustomerSupport&Training:
Providetechnicalassistanceandguidancetocustomersonequipmentoperation.
Traincustomerpersonnelandcolleagues(whennecessary)onpropermaintenanceandtroubleshootingprocedures.
Actasaliaisonbetweencustomersandinternaltechnicalteams.
Actasatechnicalresourceforjuniorengineers,providingguidanceandmentorship.
4. Documentation&Reporting:
Maintainservicelogs,reports,anddocumentationforallcustomerinteractions.
Providefeedbacktoengineeringandrelevantproductteamsonrecurringissues.
Ensurecompliancewithsafetyandqualitystandards.
5. Collaboration&ContinuousImprovement:
Workcloselywithcross-functionalteamstoenhanceoperationalefficiency.
Engageinprocessimprovementinitiativesandimplementsnewbestpractices.
Stayupdatedonthelatestadvancementsinsemiconductormanufacturingtechnology.
Participateincontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceserviceefficiency.
Maintainaharmoniousworkenvironmentandavoidcreatingdiscord.
6. WORKETHIC

Qualifications:

BachelorsdegreeinElectricalEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,orarelatedfield

2. 4to7yearsofexperienceinthesemiconductorequipmentindustryrequired.

3. (1)Experienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportofsemiconductorequipment.

(2) Experienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportofAtomicLayerDeposition (ALD)andChemicalVapor Deposition (CVD)tool (equivalent)

(3) Atleast1.5 yearsofexperienceinfieldservice,maintenance,ortechnicalsupportofAtomicLayerDeposition(ALD) andChemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)tool (equivalent)

4. Strongtroubleshootingskillsinmechanical,electrical,andsystems.

5. Proficiencyininterpretingschematics,technicaldrawings,andsystemmanuals.
