Practice Overview Full-time CRNA opportunity in Novi, Michigan Join a collaborative hospital-based anesthesia team providing comprehensive inpatient anesthesia services Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures Provide anesthesia care for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations across all ASA classifications Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans Deliver intraoperative anesthesia management and oversee post-anesthesia recovery Provide airway management services and respond to anesthesia-related emergencies throughout the hospital Utilize

Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive compensation based on experience

$40,000 sign-on bonus

Job Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Active Michigan RN license

NBCRNA certification BLS and ACLS certifications DEA and CSR/CDS registration required prior to start Clean malpractice and licensure history required Previous CRNA experience required; new graduates are not eligible Willingness to participate in rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and on-call responsibilities
