About the Role

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you will help maintain accurate records, update databases and spreadsheets, organize digital information, and provide day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets

• Review data for accuracy and completeness

• Organize and maintain digital files and documents

• Perform routine data verification and quality checks

• Update Excel and Google Sheets

• Assist with basic administrative and virtual assistant tasks

• Follow established procedures and productivity standards

• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information

Qualifications

• Previous data entry or virtual assistant experience is preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working with repetitive data-related tasks

Compensation & Work Details

• Pay: $18–$25 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: Full-Time

• Location: Remote – United States
