Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health

Description This position will be supporting patients in Jackson and Josephine counties. Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient‘s special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual‘s functional level and potential. The successful candidate‘s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
