We are a small manufacturing comapany, hands-on welding and fabrication shop specializing in the manufacturing of industrial equipment for the concrete industry. With a close-knit team of around 20 employees, we take pride in quality craftsmanship, dependable products, and getting the job done right.

Mig Welder Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 to $26.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding processes, capable of interpreting blueprints, and dedicated to producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced shop environment.
- This position offers a consistent daytime schedule.
Mig Welder Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Production MIG Welding experience required
- Experience reading/interpreting weld prints strongly preferred
- Will be welding a variety of small/medium sized parts (including structural components, sheet metal, bar/tube/angle, & pressure vessels)
