The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional front desk and client interaction services while supporting our veterinary team with various administrative and office tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.
• Perform administrative and office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
• Support the veterinary team by coordinating appointments, managing patient flow, and assisting with client communications.
• Provide client education by explaining clinic policies, procedures, and basic pet care information.
• Deliver excellent customer care by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.

Required Skills:
