Job Summary The Home Health Aide - Licensed CNA will provide personal care and assistance to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and caring nature, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Location: South Dallas, TX 75215 Position: Home Health Aide - PRN - CNA Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the patient's healthcare provider Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices such as walkers and wheelchairs Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas Experience working as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening #J-18808-Ljbffr Frontpoint Health
