Information Technology Specialist

Significant opportunity to join a large, global alternative asset management platform operating at true institutional scale, with over $100B in AUM and a strong presence across real estate, infrastructure, energy, and credit. The firm supports a fast-paced, global workforce that depends on a high-performing, responsive IT support function. Be a key member of the Technology Support team as a Desktop Support Technician serving as a primary point of contact for users across global offices. This is a high-volume, call center–driven role (approximately 90% phone-based support), troubleshooting issues related to Windows and Mac laptops, Citrix, iPhones, enterprise applications such as Adobe and Microsoft Office, as well as monitors and other hardware devices. You will also assist with desktop support, basic AV and OfficeSuite needs, limited asset management, and ensure all work is clearly documented within the ticketing system.
