If so, we invite you to consider a career with us as a PACU RN.**Position Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Peri-Anesthesia Care Unit team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recovery of patients following surgical procedures. Your expertise in assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, and providing post-operative care will directly contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.**Key Responsibilities:*** Monitor patients’ post-surgery and assess their condition, including vital signs, consciousness, and pain levels.* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.* Provide education to patients and their families regarding post-surgical care and recovery.* Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure continuity of care and smooth transitions.* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.* Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Current RN license in CA or the ability to obtain one* Graduate of an accredited nursing program* BLS, PALS and ACLS certification required* Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing care principles and practices* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development**Compensation and Benefits:**This position pays a competitive rate of $59.00-80.00+ per hour depending on the level of experience. We offer a full suite of benefits including 401k with company match, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as voluntary Aflac plans.
