Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Completing accurate documentation and providing assessment, reassessment, and consultation services. Qualifications Include Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred. License as a Physical Therapist. No prior experience required, but supervisory experience is not necessary.
