Responsibilities Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, and organizational policies and procedures. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses residents’ condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors residents’ progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate resident care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit/department goals. Qualifications for LPN Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Minimum 2 years of experience Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation High School Diploma/official transcripts Qualifications for RN Current Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Minimum 2 years of experience Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Pay structure Flat Rate: LPN Temp/PRN $40.00 per hour RN Temp/PRN $43.00 per hour Additional Terms Must work minimum 6 shifts in 6-week schedule period, 3 must be weekend shifts (Sat or Sun). Temp/PRN- are first cancel, hours are not guaranteed. Nurses will earn an additional differential based on the shift and the days worked: We have multiple openings for RN’S and BSN’s on the day (7a-3p), evening (3p-11p), and overnight (11pm-7am) shift. Hours for our Skilled Nursing Residence are 6a-2p, 2p-10p, and 10p-6a. Not benefit eligible.
