Job Description:

NOLA Motorsports Park is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of General Manager of our Throttle & Swing entertainment center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations while driving business growth and development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, and create an amazing guest experience.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all Throttle & Swing amenities — go karting, mini golf, arcade, event spaces, food & beverage, and outdoor social areas — ensuring the highest standards of customer service, safety, and efficiency.
• Build, document, and deliver a comprehensive customer service training program that every employee completes; customer service is the top priority of this role.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine standard operating procedures and departmental process documents to optimize performance and streamline operations.
• Own the annual budget, revenue goals, and P&L for Throttle & Swing; track performance against targets and report results to the CEO/ownership.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, marketing initiatives, and sales/outreach efforts to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with department heads to coordinate activities across track/attraction operations, maintenance, hospitality, F&B, events, and administration.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain seasonal and full-time staff; manage scheduling, performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action as needed.
• Ensure proper inventory management and asset readiness across all attractions and retail/F&B operations to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Review, interpret, and apply applicable laws, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and safety across all Throttle & Swing operations.
• Build and lead a dynamic, high-performing team; foster a positive, energetic culture and provide ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Set clear goals and expectations for department heads and staff, providing regular statistical and performance feedback.
• Represent the Throttle & Swing brand in the local market, building relationships with community groups, corporate clients, and event partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven track record of success in operations management and business development roles, preferably within the motorsports, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic business plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward achieving common goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
