What You'll Do As an Assistant Operations Manager, you'll work alongside our Operations Manager to lead the store's daily operations. You'll learn how to: Lead shifts with confidence Coach and encourage team members Maintain exceptional guest experiences Produce our fresh frozen custard Manage inventory and deliveries Help prepare new stores and major events Solve problems before they become problems Protect and strengthen our company culture You'll spend plenty of time serving guests—but you'll spend just as much time developing people.
