Production Manager

Closet Systems Supply

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee our production operations at Closet Systems Supply. This position requires a strong leader who can manage resources effectively while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Plan, organise, and control the production process to optimise efficiency and quality.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available for production.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a production management role or similar.
Strong understanding of production processes and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using production management software.

Requirements

Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in custom storage solutions.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
