Sr. Technical Program ManagerGovCIO is currently hiring for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of a fast paced Initial Operational Capability (IOC). This position will be located in Fort Meade, MD and will be an onsite position.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Technical Program Manager leads execution of a fast-paced IOC enablement effort supporting autonomous cyber assessment and AI training data readiness for USCYBERCOMMAND. This role integrates architecture design, cloud infrastructure provisioning, cybersecurity, data strategy, and deployment planning into a cohesive execution plan within a compressed 3.5-month timeline. The TPM serves as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, manages dependencies and risk across multiple technical disciplines, and ensures all work products are structured to support seamless transition into IOC implementation and scaled execution during the subsequent option year beginning in May. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems.Lead integrated planning and execution across technical, data, and security workstreamsManage schedule, milestones, risks, and deliverables for IOC enablementCoordinate Government engagements and ensure compliance with tasking authorityOversee development of deployment and implementation plans for follow-on IOC executionQualificationsHigh School with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)Clearance Required: TS/SCI CI PolyRequired Skills and Experience10+ years of experience in technical program or project managementExperience managing cloud, cybersecurity, data, or AI-adjacent programsStrong understanding of phased IOC and capability delivery modelsPMP, DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)Posted Salary RangeUSD $190,000.00 - USD $226,000.00 /Yr.
