Assist with recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and job fairs. Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience Serve as a trusted resource for job seekers throughout the employment process. Answer questions and provide support with professionalism and empathy. Ensure candidate information is accurately documented within company systems. Help create a smooth, efficient, and welcoming hiring experience. Support Recruiting and Marketing Efforts Partner with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to achieve office hiring goals.
